I’ve been attending Vicky’s boot camp classes for just over a year now. I love the workouts and the family like atmosphere. The Tower has been amazingly supportive and helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the highs and lows of the last year. Vicky knows when I need the extra push and makes sure I always leave with a good workout. I’m happy I started with these boot camp classes and highly recommend them to everyone!
