Incrediblely heartbroken right now. I waited over an hour to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment. I even called in the morning to double check my scheduled appointment (an hour before my appointment) and was not informed the doctor is running well over an hour behind. I was unable to wait any longer and had to leave as I had my baby with me who was getting frustrated as it was well into nap/feeding time. I left the clinic frustrated as I asked how long the wait was when I was already waiting for about 30-40 minutes and they couldn't even tell me. I understand doctor's run behind as they are only given a few seconds to see their clients but why can't the clinic show some respect to the client by informing them the doctor is running late. If you are sitting in the waiting room for a significantly long time why they cannot treat you like a human being and let you know approximately how much longer you might be waiting. It feels the clinic has all the power here and the client does not matter. If you are running late for your appointment you have to reschedule and if you can't make your appointment you have to pay a fee. All I wanted was to see my doctor with a reasonable wait time and if that can't make that happen it would be nice to know in advance so I can plan my day accordingly. Please don't get me wrong we have an incredible family doctor. She is extremely caring and very personable. She will actually listen to what you are saying and try to help you. Please don't leave.

I'm switching family doctors here in a few weeks so I'm intending to re-write this review then, for better or for worse. I've found the reception staff very kind, professional, quick, and responsive. They're great! As for the two doctors I've seen so far, I've felt treated more like a "you look healthy, why are you wasting my time," patient. I also got the feeling like I was just a number or a case in a long list of patients leading up to home time for the doctors. Hoping my new family doctor makes me feel more human!
Any time someone is wondering about getting a massage, I immediately recommend Miranda at PrimeCare Health. She has been my massage therapist for several years, and was the only able to put my tailbone back into place, even after seeing physiotherapists and chiropractors. Any ailment I have, she is able to treat and make everything better! She is very knowledgeable in different techniques, and is constantly learning. Highly recommended!
When I arrived there were about 30 people waiting. I filled out their question sheet and inquired about the wait time. Receptionist was very rude and told me doctor would be in in 5 minutes. 30 people and a doctor wasn’t even there! Obviously the wait was going to be hours. When I told her I wasn’t going to wait I got more attitude from receptionist. Complete waste of time!
Incredibly professional and clean clinic. Very well staffed, that actually have compassion. The doctor was kind and professional!! My clinic when I'm in Grande Prairie.
I read a lot of negative stuff on here and I just have to say that was not my experience at all. I showed up before 8am and waited to get in as early as I could. I was finished up gone by 8:40. The secretary was super polite. The waiting room was comfy and quite. The nurse and doctor was very kind and polite. May 2018.
Reception was very polite and helpful!!! Answered every question I had. Was brought in very quickly, the nurse was the nicest lady I've ever met, she brought me to the room I needed to be in and not long after, the doctor came to see me; who was also very polite and helped me with everything I needed. Best service I've ever got at a clinic, very polite and prompt service! Extremely satisfied with my visit
Great physiotherapists, with equipment and knowledge to fix you up. The massage therapy there is on point as well. With the friendly front staff it’s a good place to go
