Great experience. Five pins with the small bowling balls make it ideal for small children
had a great time here with the family.
We walked in tonight around 8 pm (closes at 11 pm on Saturdays) and were immediately stopped at the doors by a woman who didnt even greet us with a smile. She proceeded to raise her hands in a stopping motion and said in a snarky tone, "We are full for the night". So I ask "All evening?". She answered again quite snappishly, "Yes we close to the public at 9 p.m." Then proceeds to walk away. Well 1st of all...update your website to explain that then..2nd...have staff that possess good customer service skills and not just when its convenient for them. Seriously how hard would it be to start out with a smile and a simple apology for not being able accommodate us? Clearly this person does not possess good customer service...but maybe she can learn. RUDE.
You dont get all 10 pins and small balls but it's the appropriate level of fun. Many humans would enjoy this.
Good food and good lanes.
Great 5 pin bowling. New owners are great. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to please. Patrick is amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful.
