My car broke down while travelling through Grand Prairie. The owner helped me right away and didn’t take advantage of my lacking in mechanical knowledge. Charged me a very fair price and was honestly just great. Kinda gave me hope in humanity.

Fair rates, quick turn around service
I had an incident with my car over the weekend and there was a loud noise every time I accelerated the engine. I brought the car in first thing Monday morning and picked it up all good on Tuesday afternoon. Billy is great to deal with. He is honest, straightforward and goes for customer excellence. He was able to accurately diagnose what the problem was (which could have been very expensive). Instead of a 2000 bill, it came out to 350 which in this situation is very reasonable. It is hard to find places like this that have integrity and are able to take care of you when you are in a situation like this (without a car). I highly recommend Billy and Freedom Automotive to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation. Thank you Billy and the wonderful team at Freedom Automotive!
