Everyone at Captivating is absolutely amazing, they are so friendly and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. I was very nervous to go to my first appointment with Stefan but once we meet he put my mind at ease. He explained more things to me than any other doctor has and he truly takes all the time you need to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend anyone to check them out as they offer so many services and truly care about each and everyone of their patients.

I booked for one procedure and was sent paperwork for a different procedure. I advised this was not the right procedure and they responded by AGAIN CONFIRMING THE WRONG PROCEDURE. I emailed back explaining I was losing confidence that I was booked for the right procedure. They then left me a voicemail demanding that I pay the entire balance upfront to secure my appointment. This wasn't mentioned when I booked my appointment so, um, no? I maybe could have understood a deposit (which is still a bit sketch if you ask me) but definitely not payment in full for a procedure I hadn't even had yet. I called them and advised I was cancelling my appointment because they were so difficult to deal with. I was told to call back if I had questions. What?? My only question is how do you get ANY positive reviews when you appear incompetent. Padding your reviews? Just a guess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Very unprofessional.

I am very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of the staff who work at this office. It is also very clean and comfortable. Dr. Z and her assistant were great during my procedure. I would highly recommend this business!!

This place is absolutely the best!!!! They have so much to offer in regards to health and wellness!!! I have been struggling with my health for 4 years now. I had a consult with Stephen and he switched some things up, put me on some hormones/supplements.....LIFE CHANGING!!!!! If anyone struggles with, just not feeling good, a consult with Stephen will help you get things figured out!!!! The staff is very kind, welcoming, and patient. I also got to spend some time with Dr Z who is also amazing!!! Time and money well spent....looking forward to seeing you all soon!!!!️

I could never write enough reviews for Captivating Aesthetics! I have been seeing Dr Z and her team for 3 years now and am profoundly gratified with each and every one of my services that I have received. Prior to finding Dr Z, I had tried other clinics in town, with less than satisfactory results and patient care. At the aforementioned clinics, I was given pamphlets on my skin issues and told to follow up with my family doctor. I felt defeated and unheard. I then heard about a medical practitioner (Dr Z) providing aesthetics and skin services and immediately booked in. Dr Z has been taking care of me ever since. At Captivating you will receive patient centred care from a medical doctor!! who values client results over selling a service for business. Every recommendation is thoroughly formulated and designed by Dr Z, and she monitors progress with photos, photos, photos (and her good memory for every treatment you’ve ever had)! She sets high standards of care and accepts nothing less than optimal results. In addition to the outstanding care, the atmosphere and energy of the rest of the clinic is so welcoming. Each one of the staff are personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that I get follow up messages after every treatment and the front desk staff are very organized to follow up with any questions or concerns. I love and alwaysj look forward to my next appointment! Always feel the love at Captivating. There are now words! The service is incredible, though I know I’m one of many, I feel as though Stefan took the time to get to know me and learn what my needs are. I always feel completely informed and the extensive knowledge Stefan has about the inner workings of the body and why you may be feeling a certain way are always explained in a way that you fully understand. One evening I had a question and directly texted Stefan, thinking he would get back to me in the next, but instead took the time to get back to my right away and spent time ensuring I was comfortable with the information. I am not local to GP, but that has made no difference in the quality of care I have received. The front end staff are always helpful as well, they call back right away and get you the best possible appointment for you, as well as ensure your requisitions and prescriptions are sent to the correct places as quickly as they can. I couldn’t be happier that I contacted Captivating Aestetics.
