Best customer service i experienced the dispatcher Josh really went out all his way to get my.heat back on. Phones calls were pleasant and so easy to work with them.Good job Arthur fuels a big thank you to Josh and the tech who came out today. I wish to have a long standing service. Anyone have any issues with this company? I am having a hard time understanding how they have delivered as much propane as I have been billed for...
I am a first time home buyer, and have been using Arthurs Fuels for six months now and couldn't be happier! When we purchased the house it had an oil furnace, an oil tank that was empty and an electric hot water tank that we wanted to switch to propane. We contacted Arthurs Fuels to install a propane furnace and two tanks before we had to pay to fill the unwanted oil tank. They worked quickly and efficiently and we had the new system up and running within a week of my first call. We are now set up with auto fill every six weeks which is fantastic because we never have to worry about running out. We have become quite friendly with the delivery guy too since he's at our house so often. Over the course of six months Arthurs Fuels has helped us switch our hot water tank to a a tank-less propane tank, they have installed a garage furnace, and with their excellent advice and recommendations we installed extra tee's for future uses. We have a propane stove scheduled to be installed in the new year which is going to be super easy to install now!!! Great Staff to work with, HIGHLY recommend Arthurs Fuels - especially to first time home buyers, their staff was great at taking the time to explain everything to myself and my partner to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting, at what price, and at what time. Personally I was referred to Arthur's Fuel by a friend . The initial work done by Arthur's was top notch . I have been with them now for 4 years - i have found their prices reasonable and a call to fill the tank done quickly . Sometimes the only reviews to be read are negative ones and the Satisfied or Happy customer just sends more referrals towards a company doing a great job . All I can say is sometimes a customer has a lot of exterior stresses on them and is dissatisfied no matter how reasonable a company has handled a situation - just spend an hour in traffic and no need to say anymore . Sooo Great job Arthur's- I am very pleased I was referred and glad to have you handling my needs . I believe a bunch of money was saved as well . Keep up the good work !
They were able to do emergency fill up on Christmas eve. Even while short staffed and overwhelmed with calls.
