We found the agent to be dishonest. Initially he was pleasant and helped us with a property that we were looking at with another party. However later, when that other party spoke with him, he denied giving us specific information, instead presenting himself in a much better light and us as deceptive, even though we were not. The whole situation seemed more like a \dirty car sales\ tactic, where he needed to be perceived as being in control and always correct. Would not recommend.
Agent was pushy, manipulative and dishonest. He constantly sugar-coated any problems we noticed wth properties, and he was constantly pushing us to go out of our price range.
