Such a great experience. I spoke with Becky before heading out explaining to her about my daughter and my concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and making sure everything was clean a sanitized for us. I really appreciate everything that she did today and we will definitely be coming back. Kids had a amazing time. Thank you. Definitely worth checking out.

Juan and his staff were very kind and provided my friends and I with a great first time experience. They even called us ahead of time to warn us about the tight parking situation just to have us plan ahead and get there on time without any delays. The location is great as well! I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a great time!!
I booked two seadoo with splash company for Sunday booking time 11.30 am when we reach there we found no one over there When I inquired local people informed, they left for the day.I noticed I got an email that your refund has been made Due to sudden increase in winds, it is unsafe to rent jetskis . I drove all the way from Brampton its almost 2 hr 30 min.drive While driving I don't check my emails and email came at 10.31 am I understand no one have control on weather and its for our safety they cancel and refund money If they would have given a courtesy call That could have saved my time and gas.Best part they never pick up phone. I found them very unprofessional leaving their place unattended.
As first-timers, we rented two seadoos and had a great time. The staff was knowledgeable, gave great instructions, and were patient with us. Highly recommend these guys. Just note: Do NOT go to the location indicated in google maps; rather, they are located in the South parking lot in Grand Bend Beach at the foot of Main Street.
