Terrible! Not only was the store a mess but the staff were RUDE. Did not seem to know anything about their own products. I always go to this pet value as it is the closest store to my cottage, but I'm not sure if I'll go back after that! I normally deal with younger ladies that know exactly what I get and this time it was an older woman and a young girl on the cash register that were completely unqualified and RUDE.
What a terrific staff you have there!!! Always cheerful, helpful and they go beyond good service. Happy with the selection of products and cleanliness of the store.
Very tidy, and taking COVID-19 precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.
