I went in to Grace looking for a small house warming gift. There was one sales person and she was helping another customer. I found the perfect small gift. I stood at the register. The sales woman kept helping the other customer, was obviously spending more money in the store than I was. I stood there for what seemed to be a good while. I salesperson never acknowledged my presence or desire to purchase the glass. I finally left, leaving the glass on the counter. I guess the way to elicit help in this store is pull out your wallet and flash your credit card or 50. Too bad because they missed out on a small sale.

I love Grace & Co , with so many stores closing this is such a delight to finally have a store with quality and such impeccable service .I have bought beautiful gifts for lots of my friends and family . I love the little lavender treat I find in my bag each time I visit , what a lovely surprise , and really when was the last time you got anything from a store , love it Grace & Co !
