Good store with all that u need for your golf game. Customer service is really good but I find that most items are overpriced, especially the clothing.

I have dealt with Tyler L. twice for major club purchases within the past year. Tyler is knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. My most recent purchase was a 3-wood that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Tyler had added a specific weight to the head during testing. I received a message that the club had arrived, so I phoned the store to confirm that the correct weight was in place. Tyler had already checked that; of course. Tyler is the best.
With these tough times of Covid, the Windsor-Essex region has implemented a mask policy when entering commercial businesses. There is an exception for those with respiratory issues that can’t breath with a mask on, that I fall under due to a pre-existing condition. Another business has given me a hard time for not wearing a mask while there, but not the team at Golf Town at Manning road in Tecumseh. The General Manager - whose name I didn’t catch sadly - and his staff were super welcoming and super friendly and helpful to me even though I can’t wear a mask. I applaud the team for how they are handling things, ensuring everyone’s safety and their own. Keep it up, and thank you for being so helpful and understanding.
