This is the best camp ground we have ever been to! Super friendly staff, easy check in, and the most incredible beach sites! We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!
We spent a couple days here with good friends. Thanks J&N for the invite! The campground is busy and friendly. The lake is beautiful and a must see for early risers who love beautiful sunrises. No pics to share because I left my phone outside and it got rained on... all good now after a little drying time
This is our first time at the park. We had a waterfront site. It was amazing! Campers were friendly and so was the staff. We are going back again in a few weeks and also booked in for next year.
We are seasonal campers and new this year to Golden Lake. We did a lot of research on seasonal parks prior to visiting this one and then deciding to camp here. The owner Ania is very very personable and took the time to show the grounds and explain everything in detail prior to settling on this as our campground of choice as a seasonal camper. She and her staff have have been immensely helpful since the day we arrived and are super friendly in every way. The campground itself is beautiful and quiet, the beach is A1 its very shallow and sandy for a very long distance which is perfect for families with children and those of us who just like to puddle about to get cooled down on those hot summer days. The fee's are reasonable and affordable for the average family or retired person, the rules are also not over the top and easily abided by. Ania and her husband have been here since 2018 and are definitely trying to make improvements as they go along, this year its my understanding they are renovating one of the public bathrooms, they have plans for a nature trail and a fenced off leash dog area.....who could ask for more. We love it here and are extremely happy with our choice of campground and our site. We've also talked to many other seasonal campers who have been here 10-15 years, I think that in itself says it all. Looking forward to spending many seasons on Golden Lake
