**edit- they have called and rectified the situation. Turns out the ‘manager’ was not really the manager! Worst customer service I have ever received. Was told on multiple accounts she was too busy to speak to me, she will get back to me when she can (no date agreed upon when my money was involved) and was spoken to in a very condescending way when discussing an issue with sales/ pricing. I was hung up on by Rivita when calling her out on talking to me like that. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! There is no reasoning with this disorganized company.
The staff are so helpful and friendly and the product is exactly as expected. High quality.
