I needed a watch battery replacement before I left the country early the next morning. Sam kept the shop open and had a new battery in it within minutes! I took a quick peek around and was amazed at the extensive variety and assortment of the pieces. Much more then what the big box store jewelers offer! I cant wait to go back in a find me some treasures! If you have something you need done give these I guys a shout they are very very helpful :)

I feel like because I'm younger I get blown off going into certain stores, but not here. Sam was very nice showed and allow me to try on some watches even though I told him I was just browsing. There was a really nice watch I liked but it was far out of my price range. He then gave me a crazy deal so I could afford it! I was blown away that he would give me such a deal, feel very blessed. Thank you Darlene for the expert service to tighten my loose earring! How embarrassing it was when you simply pulled out a pair of needle nose pliers and squeezed those little loops on the backing tighter, at no charge. Even more so when I admitted I'm an engineer and never wondered about the purpose of the design. Made my day to enjoy a good laugh with you. Keep sharing that laughter!

The first time we attempted to go in this store we were decided not to because the staff (owner?) was aggressively screaming at someone on the phone and we felt very put off. I was in the mall again and decided to give it a second chance since the reviews are so good. I went in there and tried to ask the lady questions about rings, but was completely blown off. She literally started making phone calls instead of talking to me. I waited for a bit but it seemed quite clear she was not interested in helping me so I left. Not sure if I looked too young? Or wasn't dressed nicely enough?
