It was a pleasure doing business with Goderich Honda. We were truly impressed from start to finish. We purchased a 2021 Odyssey , Touring model which is an exceptional mini van. This vehicle is total luxury. It also boasts many safety features, saving us money on our car insurance costs. We can clearly make a comparison after driving Chrysler/ Dodge mini vans for many years. Our sales rep. was Stephen Kennedy who very knowledgeable and helpful. We found the dealership has a professional team that work together making this experience stress free. The service department leaves a lot to be desired. I made an appointment online to have the valve clearances in my car checked. I called to confirm the time and day I picked was good for the service I needed. On the day, I took time off work, and drove 70km one way to take the car to Goderich Honda. Upon arriving I was told that I’d have to leave the car in overnight so it can be left to cool so it can be serviced. I was not told this very important piece of information when I made the appointment. I was not made aware of this when I called to confirm the appointment either. You knew this, and did not care enough to tell me so I can plan appropriately. You made me loose money by taking time off my job so I can fit my appointment during your extremely limited working hours. You also made me waste time and gas driving too. I will certainly not come back, since your business organization and costumer care leaves a lot to be desired.
I had a great experience buying my first car from Goderich Honda. My sales man Terrance was very professional, efficient and reliable. I would highly reccomend Goderich Honda for a stress free car buying expirence.
I made an appointment, had to wait two weeks to get in. I was told to bring it in first thing in the morning. They open at 9am so I brought it in for 9am. They tell me I should have brought it in at 8am and that I now have to wait another 2 WEEKS for another appointment. So I just drove my IN NEED OF REPAIR vehicle 45 km for nothing. Will not be going back. Terrible customer service.
