I just reactivated my Auto Insurance through dbi Brokers Ltd Insurance. I contacted my representative Maria Yesterday July 23rd and today at 11:30am I signed my agreement and I’m in possession of my temporary Insurance certificate. Maria was able to negotiate an affordable rate for Full Comprehensive coverage for me. The courteous and professional manner which my dealings with dbi Brokers and Maria in particular was handled in the past years and up to this day enables me to highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for Auto Insurance.
I have been with DBI insurance and have had Maria Ford act as my insurance broker for over 10yrs - and feel extremely lucky. I Appreciate having had Maria as my broker all these years. She have always listened and did her best to address any questions or issues as quickly as possible. She never made me feel like a nuisance (though I some times thought was being one) and always remained professional yet friendly at the same time. I have had claims during those 10yrs (both under my house and my car insurance) and my claims were dealt with quickly and fairly...making a stressful experience much easier to deal with , feeling supported both by my Broker (Maria Ford) and Insurance company (Ayr Farmers Mutual in my case) I hope that DBI insurance realizes how lucky they are to have Maria Ford representing them and their brand.
