Steve developed a solution to moisture/leakage issues in my basement that involved a liner on my walls, installation of a sump and drainage tile as well as installing a liner in a crawlspace and spray foaming to seal it. He was very upfront from the start, and came at the job with the philosophy of wanting to get it done right the first time. I believe he truly wants his customers to be happy with the work done. His quote was very detailed and he stuck by it. When I had questions about the job he provided solid answers with justification. I have full confidence that the work he and his son did will last.

We recently purchased an older cottage requiring much needed work. Benmiller Contracting came to our rescue by installing the necessary insulation in the crawl spaces and repairing a full side of the cottage that had experienced water damage. Already we can feel the results as our cottage is now cozy and warm! Our last project was the installation of French Drains on the property to assist with water drainage. Benmiller Contracting has provided excellent quality work each and every time. We are looking to replacing our roof in the Spring which will also be installed by Benmiller Contracting. I contracted Ben Miller Construction to install a plastic liner and spray foam in my crawl space in my cottage in Inverhuron. Steve and his crew did an amazing job.
