mother ordered my brothers Christmas present from here ( he is a boxer) Put the order in mid November.. was supposed to ship in 3 days... over 3 weeks later still nothing!! we have called and emailed several times- no response.. and when you call their number it says mailbox is full... so i don't think we will ever see it.. So we called Visa to stop the charge but it was already on the card.. so then we had to fill out a claim form, they contact merchant to see if they did ship it and then they determine if you get your Money back.. or not... so its 50/50 if she will even get her money back.. horrible service and experience will not be re ordering

Ordered a Top Ten Mesh uniform, sized 160 (which is about the size of a 12 year old...) to replace our Top Ten size 150 uniform my son had outgrown. We are in the same city as Top Ten Canada, so we expected it within a few days, especially with 25 shipping. For a week we heard nothing. No confirmation, no shipping notice, nothing. I filed a complaint with Paypal and THEN got a response. When it finally got here, we got a Men's Small. WAY too big. It's the thing we ordered, but not the size. They don't answer the phone or emails... so I'm not even going to bother trying to exchange it. Top Ten Corporate needs to step in... it's ridiculous how bad the service is.

ordered my stuff on 21st, January and received it on 23rd January. Prices are phenomenal and product is good too. Usually I would walk in to their store on canotek road to get stuff but this time I placed an order online as it was more convenient. I have been buying gear from them for the past 3 years and have nothing but good service. order number #3249 will be back for some jiu jitsu gear
Ordered gloves weeks ago. Unable to connect with their stuff by phone or email. No response on emails and no way to leave a voice mail because their mailbox is always full. I'm not sure at this point if I will get my order delivered. Will attempt to cancel the order through VISA. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Very disappointed! Purchased gloves just over a year ago and the foam in one glove has began to bubble. Called Top Ten and they were very unhelpful. We have other gloves that are over 3 years old that are not Top Ten and are still in excellent shape. Customer Service not up to par for the cost of this equipment!
Everything that people say on FB is true - these guys are hopeless to deal with, and you shouldn't order from them online. I ordered sparring gear a month ago and have received nothing. Both voicemail boxes are full and they don't respond to email. Others say that even when orders arrive, they are usually wrong. Save your money and look elsewhere. If I could have given them zero stars I would, because that's exactly what I have received.
