Simply atrocious customer service and unethical. This dealership has gone down with new management. The service people don't bother returning calls in the timely manner; they charge inflated prices and don't take any responsibility for complete professional negligence and broken promises. This is by far the worst dealership that I have come across in over 30 years of dealing with many kinds of dealerships in Ottawa, across Canada and elsewhere. It is my experience that this dealership lacking professional standards and basic accountability.

We really enjoyed our experience with St Laurent Volvo. We just bought our XC40 there and found that Jose Cordova was really helpful and a very down to earth guy. He didn't try to sell us unwanted equipments and was very friendly. He also made sure we understood everything easily. Overall very satisfied with your services. Two thumbs up!

Excellent service. I recently purchased a 2020 XC40 with Alicia from St-Laurent Volvo. She was a tremendous help from beginning to end. When my car arrived she patiently walked me through all features and has always been available to me for all my questions (24/7). The whole staff at St-Laurent Volvo is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.
