Great products and even better service. No pressure sales, and no need, salesperson Suki (spelling?) could put on a masterclass. Highly recommended. They will find the right product tailored to your needs, and will do their best to make sure you go home happy, and are well rested the next day! ;) The white-glove service for installation and removal is a must.

And we thought that it couldn't get any better! We last wrote about the exceptional service we received from Ms. Suki Marwaha at Sleep Country in October 2018. It is an understatement to say that we were very pleased. Fast forward to March 2021 when we sought out Ms. Marwaha to serve us again. (She had changed locations.) She didn't disappoint. For many years, Christine Magee has been the face of Sleep Country Canada. The TV commercials presented her as warm, engaging, confident, and positive. These are all traits possessed by Ms. Marwaha. We were made to feel like her only customers. She took every precaution during these Covid-infected times to make us feel safe in the store...and she presented lots of bed frame, mattress and bedding choices. In our opinion, she should be training your entire sales team. Why would we shop anywhere else. Called ahead and was told to come pick up my order and nobody answered the phone or the door. I have been waiting ten minutes and no response. Very poor customer service. When you spend hundreds of dollars there should be someone working during store hours to give you your stuff.
Customer service was good. They ran me through several options and were very helpful. I was quite disappointed with the product though. I purchased a supermax bedframe and the box was ripped (which is no big deal) the sales guy acknowledged that it was ripped and said it had just happened. When I got it home and opened up the box to find all the glides were rusted and not even packaged. Strikes me as odd that they would just be loose in the box without anything to keep them from flopping all around. I didn't go back to the store to say anything because a month earlier I had purchased 6 glides for my old frame. So I just used those instead.
Best service from Ms Suki, she was Full of knowledge and advice. We are super with our new bed and will recommend her cto all my friends. Thank you, Suki.
Don't by over the phone. Go in and test them out before buying. Don't be like Matt, don't buy online...go in and test each mattress out
Very expensive and hard to find items
Yesterday, I went to Sleep Country on Innes Rd near Blair after being referred to them by a trusted friend. Between us, we have bought two Kingsize bed sets, comforters, duvets, multiple sets of sheets and new pillows! We have dealt with both Anthony and Natasha who take great pride in their work and their knowledge is extensive. They helped me make my final selection by providing me specific points for each mattress set I thought I’d like. With the 100 day guarantee - how can you not get exactly what you need?! Anthony went out of his way to ensure that the mattress set fit my lifestyle. I will not shop anywhere else now!!! The experience has been better than any big box retailer that can sell you anything from TVs to kitchen tables. Sleep Country only does Sleep and does it well. I look forward to next week when I receive my new set :)
