I sent my mother and father in to fetch me a Cryo-Cuff Cooler System for my upcoming knee surgery and they were served by a woman named Kaitlyn who was very kind to my parents as Urdu is there first language. She took the time to explain to me over the phone how the machine functions and walked me through taking measurements to find the correct size for my knee. They said the cashier is very nice as well. We are pleased with the service we received.

I was not impressed with the prices for standard ppe, in my opinion it was priced way to high when compared to other establishments in the city. Even though I did not end up making a purchase all of the women in the storefront were extremely friendly knowledgeable and had a fantastic attitude. They spoke to me like I was a close friend. It was a very refreshing experience for a company of this nature.

She is always very helpful and quickly responds to my questions. She always try to find solution and replacements for discontinued items. Pros : The equipment is working great for my father The service is normally good. Cons : The woman with glasses who helped made me feel quite awkward and border-line shouted at me to sit down when I prefer to stand. You should not make your clients feel uneasy and afraid to ask questions!
