I am beyond impressed by the new management who's been operating this repair facility for nearly 6 months now, more specifically by the man named Zak. He's extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Unlike many garages I've been to, these guys take the time to explain everything in detail, provide minimum of 6 months warranty on any work they perform. Zak stayed open until 11:10PM to breakdown the details of the transaction and help me explore other alternatives and cost effective solutions. Let's be honest, no garage does that. If it's time to close, they close and have you come back the next day. This action of his has blown me away! They have a clean, classy and a welcoming office which serves complimentary Starbucks coffee. Prices are very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this service center to anyone looking for a quality and an honest work. Thank you guys for the great work! I very much appreciate all the work you've done on my vehicle so far. Thank You!

Wow! What a great transformation of this garage! I’ve been coming here since 15 years and I must admit that the new administration has made this place absolutely stunning from sales to service. Had the best experience ever!! I am a new car owner and don't really understand everything about the inner workings of the car. Zak was incredibly accommodating, patient and explained everything each step of the way. He especially kept in mind to not stress me out with the problems but ensured that it will be taken care of. If you are a new buyer, and don't have detailed information about cars and their maintenance, a general walk through visit would be recommended. You can trust Zak for his expertise and honest opinion of next steps. The best customer service I've experienced from any service provider.
I'm extremely impressed by the professionalism and the exceptional service the new management of this service center has to offer. They've organized and cleaned up the place to make it look much more appealing. There's a black and white difference when you compare it with before and after. Zak, the person I dealt with is extremely knowledgeable, has lots of patience and takes the time to explain everything in details. I was having issues with my vehicle on my way to Toronto and thought of messaging him on his cell at roughly 12:50AM. I thought he wouldn't reply and would probably get back to me in the morning but to my surprise, I received a reply to my text and shortly after a follow up message asking if I preferred to discuss the nature of the issue on a call so he can advise and suggest options accordingly. He spent about 23 minutes on the phone at approximately 1:AM. I was extremely touched by his gesture of kindness. I have not till date interacted with a business manager who would go out of their way and offer such level of service and assurance after hours. Also, during the day he sent me a follow up text asking if everything was ok. When I returned from Toronto they fixed the issue at an affordable price and left me completely satisfied. His prices are very competitive and best part about his work is that everything is backed by a minimum of 1-year guarantee. That's really a big deal. If you're looking for a local business who's honest and willing to go the extra mile, keep these guys in mind. I would highly recommend.
