I don't even want to give this place one star but negative stars are not available. I purchased a wedding set from here back in winter of 2018. We had to have accent stones replaced shortly after the purchase which took months and then they were replaced with a very inferior stone, so much that the replacements looked black. Then late last year I then discovered that the center stone on the engagement ring (just under 1 carat) had a couple of chips, which I can understand can happen. I took it back and was told to try to put it through as an insurance claim. While processing a claim through insurance for a replacement, the appraisal company told me that the Center stone was actually moisannite ( lab created, value 400) and that the setting that was used for the princess cut diamond was actually for a round diamond, which if it was set correctly could have protected it from chipping. I was also informed that it was not a custom/handmade ring as I was told at the time of viewing and purchase. It was actually a machine/ batch made. I paid over 6000 for this ring only to discover it was really on worth maybe 2000.

I went to get a replacement minute hand for a clock but I was told they would not help me unless I bought the clock in to the shop. I explained that I had the base of the minute hand and the hour hand with me and I had the dimensions of the clock but they would not help. I asked why they needed the clock and I was forcefully told that they were too busy to help unless I brought the clock into the shop.

I needed a couple of watches fixed and was so impressed with this place. He did a great job and fit me in quickly. I highly recommend this place for watch repair and this is where I will go from now on.

DO NOT take your clocks here to be repaired! Though Mo was very friendly, pretty sure he didn't replace the mechanism that I was charged for and the chime never sounded the same. I had to pay someone else to get my keepsake clock back in working order and sounding like it should..
