Ben was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns while maintaining a very low pressure environment. He took the time to walk me through all of the vehicle features offered in each model of the vehicle and explain which would be of value to me, and even put together full pricing breakdown for two models and compared them for me. I was able to leave feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend going to Ben for a new vehicle!

Recently my wife and I took a walk over Glenoak Fords lot ,her vehicle was in for servicing so we had some time to browse,anyway long story short..our attention was drawn to a 2021 Ford Ranger ,a gentle man came out after we had looked at truck...The gentleman's name is Ben Hillier he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful we ended up purchasing the vehicle and the finance manager Justine took the time to show me all I needed to know about the whole purchase process...my strong recommendations to these two gentleman ...actually the entire dealer ship for anyone interested in a easy to talk to dealership.The atmosphere is very chill,laidback,but very professional crew...I recommend this dealership for my future purchases and I highly recommend others to stop by and talk to these guys they're a blast to talk to thank you ..R Lamoureux

The 1-year check-in call from Ben Hillier reminded me I never got around to submitting my review for my purchase back in February 2020. Ben was an ideal sales associate throughout my purchase of my Ford Edge. He worked extremely hard to find a vehicle that fit my requirements and budget, long after my initial visit to the dealership. I wanted to share an unusually but incredibly great experience with everyone. My fiancé and I went to this location and met Chris to look at purchasing a ford transit. However, due to supply situations we were not able to get one and could only pre-order. In the end, we ended up doing a financing takeover from someone in surrey. Chris helped us the entire way. Regardless if we were purchasing from him or not. He was always prompt to call me back and answer my questions with enthusiasm, kindness, and advice. He also helped me crunch numbers, navigate the process, and ensure I was getting the best deal possible. He treated me above and beyond what you would expect from a sales rep... especially since we were not buying from him or his location. I highly recommend you work with him if you go to this location. I'll gladly go back in the future.
