We had Glengarry Outhouses for our outdoor wedding and could not recommend them enough. Their wedding trailer (they have two different sizes, I believe) was beautiful and immaculately clean. Their service was great and very accommodating to the site of our wedding. I have also been to many outdoor events where their regular portables have been located and they are the nicest looking and cleanest units I've experienced.

I recently rented the 6-stall trailer from Glengarry Outhouses for my wedding in August 2013. While the trailer itself was beautiful, the service was absolutely terrible. After getting lost, the man (who I can only assume to be Brian McDonald, the owner, as he did not introduce himself) got out of his truck and yelled a bunch of expletives (including the F-word) at my mom who went out to greet him. Apparently when he called to say that no trees could be nearby, he meant on the ENTIRE property (where I thought it was only where the trailer was to be located - which was in a an open field) he threatened to leave and take the trailer with him, as the top of the trailer may have been scratched. My dad convinced him to stay, as we had 88 guests coming the following day. He then angrily sped off in his truck with trailer in tow to the spot where we wanted the trailer, digging up the lawn where the ceremony was located in the process, although we asked him to stop or slow down. Once he left, we found the toilets inside were dirty (with excrement) from the last customers. He did state that he would be back to \hook up\ the trailer (attach water for sinks, etc.) but by mid-morning, the day of my wedding, when he did not return, my dad went in and cleaned all the toilets. He later returned, and did hook up the trailer. For over 700, I expect at least a respectful, fair service, not such a huge stress right before my wedding. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for this service. They are more interested in keeping their trailer in mint condition than in providing quality service.
We are so happy that we used Glengarry Outhouses for our wedding in 2016. The deluxe unit included six washrooms and was the talk of the night! It was extremely clean, set up exactly how and where we wanted it, and exceeded our overall expectations. The owners are helpful and do a very good job at explaining what is needed as far as placement and hooking up (water etc). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a washroom unit!
If you want a fantastic outhouse for your wedding or other large event, this guy probably has the nicest outhouse(s) in the area. However, if you want to deal with customer service that is even remotely civil, I recommend looking somewhere else. The owner behaves as if you should be grateful to receive his service. In a way, this is true, since he is in such high demandn. In fact, we ended up having to move our wedding date in order to get his outhouse. Overall, it was worth it to get the outhouse, but I also plan to never get married again...
We rented from Glengarry Outhouses for our wedding in 2016. We were very impressed with the level of service we received. The unit arrived 4 days prior to the wedding and the owners took care of all the hook ups for us. The unit was spotless! We will be booking from Glengarry outhouses again in the future.
