DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION!!! I asked for help from the old man working there as I had a sick infant and couldn’t leave my car and when I told him I have never used UPI and normally use another place as I was irritated he snapped at me and said he didn’t want my business. Then proceeded to not help at all and wouldn’t give me his name or let me fill up on gas. It was the only gas station even remotely close and I was running on E with my little one month old in the car. I have never had such terrible service.

WeIl it has been a long day today due to a highway collision, we were stuck behind traffic on the 401 and unfortunately we wasted a lot of fuel, sitting idle in a stop and go situation. We finally exited and ended up at Glencoe UPI Energy on fumes. We started to engage the pumps but to no avail. We then walked around to the station manager who would not even look up through the window. We had no fuel and he was not interested in helping. Albeit the UPI gas person stated that he was closing. Unbelievable that he would not assist , one of our passengers was very concerned and attempted to talk to the UPI employee and he simply waved his hand as if to say talk to the hand. Incredible ! So discouraged as it was so unkind not the Canadian way ! If anyone reading this please use another gas station unless you have no other choice.
The gas was a good price. Station was neat and clean, unfortunately they were closed when we got there.
Great gas, excellent service and good price too!
I'd really like it if they were actually open more than a bank.
