Doctor Foote, his partner and son are not only amazing vets, but amazing people! They have validated my high maintenance worry for my ferret, Greta, time and time again. They are knowledgeable and kind, they are also very thorough. Doctor Foote agreed to see Greta after hours and stayed behind for 2 hours to make sure that Greta was okay. He did so kindly and with a smile on his face. Their prices are reasonable for the services they offer. I will never take my fur baby to another vet, these guys know what they’re doing and love their fur clients. Thankyou guys so much for everything you have done.

I could not find anyone who would see my Skinny Pig in London and on short notice Dr.Foot was available to see my skinny the next day! Both himself and his wife were welcoming, made me feel comfortable and were super professional. Their prices are great, especially for dealing with exotic animals. They were thorough with the examination and he was able to provide a diagnosis and treat her, it turned out not to be a big issue at all! I got some advice as well which I found very helpful. HIGHLY recommended if you have a piggie that needs helps, very knowledgeable! Myself and Eunice say thank you!
They do not care about the animals at all. They are so over priced as well. Only “treated” (would hardly consider that) a rabbit I rescued because I was so hopeful. Told my boyfriend when he came to pay the bill that he knew it was going to die, but made me take all the extra meds anyways. Charged me an extra fee for “proper waste disposal” when I was the one that threw it out.
I love love love this vet. I like that they are honest and to the point that way i know what i can change and do better. I own alot of snakes and although the snake of mine that he saw had a bad end, they tried their hardest to help her and let us know what we could do different at home to help. After our first visit we are going to take all our pets there. They had a genuine concern for our pet and other pets at home. I hope he keeps going and i will never have to worry.
I am extremely unimpressed with this place I called him for help with my fish and I didn't know exactly what I needed or how to get the help I needed for my fish, when I got a hold of the receptionist lady she instantly sounded frustrated and annoyed and just absolutely irritated with me as a human being for not knowing the information I should know and rudely telling me how things should be instead of kindly explain to me the steps I need to take to make my tank and my fish healthy I would recommend you never even bother to call this place for any advice as you apparently will just get verbally attacked!
