Always a wonderful experience at both the Gibsons and Sechelt locations. Best haircuts, waxing and facials i’ve ever had! I hope Kyra will be my stylist/aesthetician for life . Professional yet down to earth and very skilled. She knows what works for my hair and is able to wash, cut and style my hair better and faster than any stylist i’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend her and this salon! The product is also very high quality and worth every penny!

I had the 90min facial and it was great.. I want to give one to my mom for Christmas. So relaxing, hand, foot face and scalp massage, the scents are amazing and my skin looked great after.. highly recommend

Honestly one of the worst places — manicure wise — I’ve ever been too. I’m not originally from here so I was just passing by as it was my last day in town and I really needed a mani&pedi. Upon arrival I was very well greeted and the lady that did my nails was super nice. But she directed me inside a room where someone would get there eyebrows/eyelashes done. I even told her I was not there for any of that and she said that I would get nails done there. She got a (what looked like a kitchen) bowl with warm water for my nails (which already had gel polish). And gave me a lap pillow because they didn’t have a proper table-chair for this appointment. I was so shocked I told her that I was expecting something different. And she said they don’t have any of the “whirlpools” pedi station because they are unsanitary and against company policy, LOL, okay(??!?!). They didn’t even have the proper equipment to take of the gel polish, she LITERALLY scraped them off damaging so much of my nail. It was so terrible that mid-appointment I told her I would no longer be getting a pedicure there. Don’t get me wrong she was SUPER NICE, but didn’t even have the proper things to work with. Disappointed would not even begin to cover it. Save yourself a lot of headache and don’t get your nails done there. BUT do get a haircut — Alexia was amazing.

I had a phenomenal experience, for 8 months I attempted to dye my own hair and I did it all, sun in... bad dyes, honey , peroxide .... henna, indigo, yeah... myl hair should have fallen out, Kyra was the only hair colorist I thought understood color correction enough. We came up with a plan to turn my hair beige blonde without the green (from the indigo) taking over. It took 6 hours and was well worth it, now my hair makes me look like a movie star. She individually highlighted different shades and tones to make it all blend and anticipated how the hair would look months later once the toner faded. Sheer brilliance.

Wonderful experience with Liz, she is excellent with thick hair. The toner treatment was just what I needed to brighten up my natural colour.
