Really slow to answer (when they do). Try to double bill you or send you fines / late penalties , even try to double charge for work insurance paid to them already. After working with multiple condo management companies (Sentinel, Laucandrique, etc) as an investor, I am now avoiding to buy any condo if the building is managed with Immoplex.

Takes a long time to respond to inquiries, not aware of their own by-laws.
These guys are a wreck. Like the previous comment left here, I find their service extremely slow, all my inquiries (all related to security) have taken 2 weeks to get resolved. These guys just don't care,, they give very basic and minimal responses to serious matters. For almost a month random cars would park in my brother parking and my own which are located one right next to the other. It took us several emails and calls to get this resolved when in reality, this should be dealt with on the spot. It is our spot and it is private parking... Please guys quit and go into another industry.
Unprofessional. Work always takes longer than promised. Never call back. If they manage a building you are thinking of moving into, think twice....
Worst company ever for client service. I had the lock on the front entrance of my condo changed by a workman and my key is useless. This means I have to leave the entrance door unlocked or I can't get in. I have been calling (10 times) Immoplex since December and it has been the same story each time, \we are looking into it and someone will call you back\. No one has ever called me back and I still not able to use my key. You would have thought that this would have been resolved pretty quickly considering the security concerns. Even an email has generated no response. That said, I have called the regie du logement and I am in the process of opening a case with them to get this fixed legally. You pay a company to look after your condo block and make sure everything is in working order and this is the kind of service you get. Avoid at all costs and look into other condo management companies.
