Paddle. MTB. Run. Two course lengths: 25km ("short") and 100km ("long") plus kids event in the park. Solo/Team options. I raced the short course the first few years. I volunteer now. Very cool event. Low key/friendly but very challenging with some very high calibre athletes, particularly in the long course that has attracted a few pros and semi-pros. This is not your typical charity run: rough terrain, and while the courses are marked, you need to pay attention to flags/arrows or Bruce Trail Blazes. Rocky sections are slippery when wet (if it's been raining). Beautiful views along the course and at the finish in Bluewater Park. Some cool schwag and prizes.
