Dropped by today in need of a part. Not sure of the procedure for this Covid lockdown. Was approached by Peter, he said I need to order online, then asked what I wanted, i told him, he said give me a minute. A few minutes later he finds what i was looking for and i am out of there. With all that is going on, he didnt have to do this. Its service like this that will keep me coming back, especially since he could have said go order online and come back. Thanks Peter!

5 people in line at customer service, no employees behind the desk to help. I asked around and was told that I could be helped at the desk. The cashier paged someone to help and still nothing. I went back and told them again and they paged the manager and still nobody to help. I would expect a manager to know how to run a store better.

Can't find what I want online to check prices, most staff are miserable except the builders desk area. Guy in lumber yard looked and acted like his wife ripped him a new one before he left for work. Doing my best to never go there again, only as a last resort
