Friendly service but only in English (!). Total cost of 17.25 for 5-minute brows... I find that expensive. No pre-cleaning or post-brushing off the eyebrows. At least they were well done, I have to say.

If you want real brow-love, I highly recommend this place, definitely the best place in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. Effective, skilful threaders. They really know what they’re doing, and always know exactly what I want, they care, take their time and always shape and clean my brows to perfection. There were two ladies there and I looked ALL OVER Gatineau and Ottawa for a decent threading place. I cant emphasize how much I LOVED her work! I was a little skeptical of the 5 stars, but I couldn’t wait to write a review. She was super quick, but a PERFECTIONIST. She even had me under the light to make sure they were PERFECTLY even and she didn’t miss any hairs. Never had anyone do that before and I’ve been to a ton of places. The place is close to home and I honestly am so in love! love it even more than the place I went to for over 3 years!
