I am giving this a 3 star because I did have the service I requested with some of the agents that did their best to help me, even if some did not speak good English, we were still able to understand one another and got what was needed done and very polite. However, there is not enough English speaking agents. I tried calling to request how to put an additional payment towards my outstanding account. She had no idea what I wanted to do, did not understand me at all. Instead of asking me security questions to view my account to better understand me, she really had no idea what I was saying and I am trying to put more money down towards my outstanding balance.. I have patients but when i have to repeat myself more than 3x, I have no more patients and hung up. Whats the point having an English option, when they do not speak any English?? So my 10min waiting on hold got me no where. I have to call back, and hope I get someone in English. **update, called back and spoke with an, English agent; very informative and understood my question, answered my question, and very polite**

Really good service in French ; I haven't tired english yet though. They answered all my questions and were really polite ; 5 minutes of wait time also, which isn't a lot in my opinion.

Services are completely unavailable to English speakers; the English recorded phone message even states this after the entire French message plays. I phoned in and the agent put me on hold because she could only speak French. As someone who is bilingual living in a bilingual nation, I'd like to be served in the language that I choose. The discriminatory nature of this department is clear for all to see. Yes, as others have stated previously, the service is so scandalously poor that it is at times criminal. P.S. Where does our tax money really go here? P.P.S. Other branches provide service in English more readily such as Collections, of course.

I have to pay 1,400.00 worth of taxes to revenu Quebec. Why am I paying so much in taxes whenever it took a year and a half of living here to get help for my daughter who has cerebral palsy. This Québec government is corrupt and is taking all of our money and they have nothing to show for it. We should have better health care, not pay school taxes, this province is a joke and i cannot wait to get the hell out of here.
