We bought our 2018 GLE 400 with Mercedes Gatineau in 2020. The car has been amazing with only one minor issue. A few months after purchase, a small rattle began underneath the headlining, the service department kept the car for a couple of days and was able to find the source and correct the issue. Very impressed with the service department's attention to detail and customer care.

I called this dealership advising the sales rep Charles that I was interested in leasing a new GLC 63. He told me they had a 2021 at 110,000 and the 2020 was 90,000 (I even wrote down the numbers to confirm) I mentioned that i was at least an hour away and went to see the 2 units. Upon my arrival I was informed that the 2020 was used and did not qualify for a lease and the 2021 was actually 123,000 I was in the dealership for 5 minutes and realized I was completely misled and promptly left. What a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this dealership at all

This is by far the best car buying experience I have had. The professional approach of the staff is apparent from the moment I entered the immaculate showroom. Lacking a sales pitch the experience was so pleasant that I didn't once feel that I have to bring up their guards. The dealer incentives competitive pricing are a true bang for your buck. The team tailored the payment plan in my case to suit my needs. My sales consultant Stephane Ross was a seasoned AMG specialist and knew the car inside out. All in all, from the test drive to signing the papers with Stephane Thibault and taking possession of the car with Phelix the team worked with us with such professionalism to represent the Mercedes quality. I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a Mercedes.

Yearly service but as with most dealerships they always find something else that will cost money. So I would wait till next year. It didn t seem urgent. I met my salesman Yves and he said hi and I looked at some cars. Some rather nice ones. Maybe that is the solution but I like mine. I will defer to next year
