Client of 4 years. Went away on vaca with no service for a month, due to an error on my card, payment bounced back more than once. (Didn't have phone or service, so I never knew but it was for 1 payment) they didnt call me either, I had absolutely no warning of this happening. So I explained myself, they respond there's nothing they can do. Canceled and won't have me back for 1 missed payment. I could of paid a whole year in advance if that's the deal they wanted, but they wanted nothing to do with me anymore. What a slap in the face. All the fees ended up costing around 200 extra just to close and cancel everything. Horrible experience
