Rented at Discount for 2 reasons. Number 1, It is a familiar rental agency with whom I have done business with in the past either through my own or in my customers' names. Number 2, The cars are usually clean and you don't get any Bull when you lease them. But not at this location! Car was disgusting. Could hardly see through the front shield. My insurance company or should I say the repair shop repairing my truck sent me to this Discount location when I dropped off my truck at the body shop. I wanted a truck because I drive a truck for a reason. I cannot drive a corolla! Too small! So the body shop calls this location and they have a truck available. What a truck! I appreciate the top light flasher beacons and directional signalers but not what I expected as a rental! First and last reason I am thinking of never going to discount again is the front desk agent trying to scare you and intimidate you into buying added insurance. Good for the company but bad for the image of the customer and sort of defeats the respect I have for Discount quality standards both in product quality, cleanliness and customer experience I am used to! I noticed in the posted reviews, there are people whom have had similar experiences with intimidation for purchasing unnecessary added insurance. I am so disappointed in this accident/rental experience that it has left me with a very negative and intimidated feeling. I don't think I like the direction that Discount is taking in ensuring a complete positive customer experience! They need to work on these scare tactics and turn their tactics into positive options for the customer! I am afraid to drive the damn thing!

After many years of regular rentals from Discount, I rented a vehicle through my insurance while I was waiting for a claim to be settled, I even specifically asked to rent from discount because I was used to dealing with them. The car was fairly damaged, many dents and cracks and I was in a rush and didn't do my customary filming of the state of the vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back they tell me there's a new dent on the car. I protested but with no proof I was stuck with a 1300 bill to fix a dime side dent that, by the state the car was in already, will probably not get fixed. I don't mind paying, the responsibility was mine to check the vehicle thoroughly but I'll never go back to Discount after this and I'll tell anyone who cares to hear not to go to them.
We rent a full sized SUV, it doesn't work that well: 1. Front right tire pressure sensor is not working; 2. Washer liquid needs to be added; 3. Engine oil needs to be added; 4. front window wiper sucks. However, price is good.
Friendly service, I did get my vehicle so no complaints there. Needless to say I called the day before to make sure they had cars available for my me.
The car was brand new, clean and full of gas so totally satisfied as far as the rented vehicule goes. That being said, not being able to park my personal car in the lot is an issue for me as driving around to find a place to leave my personal car and walk to the rental agency made me late.
