We have been waiting on parts and repair for 6 months now with 3 repair compoanies pawning us off on the other. November 26 2020 cosmo tech got involved and passed us off immediatly. today march 10th 2021 they call us to book a service call. this seems like these companies are fraudulently scamming maytag for service fees. poor customer service and lies lies lies. i recommend noonew ever use their services

Stay away from this company if you want professional service and knowledgeable techs. I called them because my stove fan would not turn off, it was fully functioning I used it the night before . A tech arrived and I explained the situation and he proceeded to remove the back cover and I proceeded to get on with my day , feeling I do not need to babysit him . He called me a little while later and told me \ it is not good\. according to him several things were defective and it would be costly to repair . I was shocked because like I said , my stove worked the day before . I said I didn't understand and he proceeded to tell me what was wrong , he said this was blown and that was not good and that is why the front console was not working . He said someone would call me with an estimate to repair it, and handed me a bill for 150.00 . Two days later someone called and informed me that it would cost 1200.00 plus labor and tax to repair my seven year old stove. I told them I would speak to my husband and get back to them. My husband called and spoke to someone and requested the tech come back and explain to him what the issue was . When the same tech arrived he went over the issues with the stove my husband then asked him if he was the one wo did the first service call, he said NO he was not, he lied. My husband still not happy called and asked to speak to the owner . He was given a hole list of excuses as to why my stove was broken , even having been reminded that the stove worked the day before his tech arrived to NOTHING on it worked when his tech walked out the door . He still had nothing but excuses , but said in good faith he would cut the cost of material for the repair buy 50% . My husband said no as we didn't really want them touching anything ever again. I would not recommend this company to take my garbage out , never mind repair my appliances.
I had a similar experience. They first charged me 80 (txs) for an estimate. Then when I told them that I would not make the reparation they added another 50 (txs) to the bill for a grand total of 130 (txs). That is right, 150 just to told what was the problem of my appliance. I call them and they pressured me to accept the reparation; they would only add the price of the piece that needed to be replaced (another 250). Of course, I declined. I wasn't going to be fooled twice. They are dishonest, I would never call them again.
Useless. According to the website they service Danby appliances. Apparently they do not. They only do refrigeration since a few years.
