We have had a very positive experience with Capital Wildlife Control. They are fully bilingual and were very quick to respond to our enquiry and to come to the house to check our attics. I had just had a very stressful experience with a bat in the house which prompted the call but we also had a serious mice problem in the attics. We promptly got quotes for the work. The house was sealed Dec. 27th and the soiled/infected insulation (and dead mice from over 3 decades) removed Monday and Tuesday. Today (Wednesday), new insulation was blown in. The service has been friendly, professional and courteous. The owner was very attentive to our concerns and reassuring. My husband works from home on the 2nd floor and has already noticed a difference in the room temperature --- he has always complained that it's cold but today he found it quite comfortable. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, however, after at least 6 follow-up e-mails and two phone calls, I have not heard back from this company after requesting to make an appointment. Their voicemail message says they will call you back in 5 minutes. It has been a week since my last phone call and almost three weeks from first contact with them. Do not use this company, as they are not reliable and have zero customer service.
