I gave 1 star simply because i couldn't give a ZERO absolute lack of compassion, empathy, courtesy, on certain occasions exceedingly rude. Unresponsive to inquiries. Their so-called procedures on certain topics is apalling to the point of ludicrous Extremely prejudice. As vets and vet techs one would think the welfare of an animal would be their no. 1 priority, tragically they have proven otherwise. It seems is priority over a life. NEVER will I return nor recommend this place.

Honestly, one of the best services ever. Helped me treat an umbilical hernia for free from home. Neutered my dog and left no scar. My dog was up and going the same day. Professional and super communicative and friendly. Would reccomend in a heart beat and have.

Been going to this clinic for over 10 years. The staff and doctors are outstanding, caring and very friendly. I drive a fair distance knowing that they will take care of my dog. Very clean establishment. Priced very fairly.

I had to put down my 16 year old Chihuahua and this was the only place around that I could book a appointment with because everywhere else was fully booked. On June 6th I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and they told me to wait outside and they will call me when they were ready. An hour and a half went by until I gave up and called them about my dog, I went in and they refused to let me be with my dog for his final moments even though I was wearing a mask, sanitize my hands numerous times and promised I wouldn't touch anything, they still refused and I was even told that I can go to a different vet if I don't like the rules but I couldn't let my dog suffer anymore, I had no choice. They even had exam rooms with a chair and tape box around the chair, I explained that I wouldn't leave that taped box I just wanted to be with my dog for his final moment of life. I've had my dog for 16 years and I couldn't comfort him and tell him I loved him while he drifts off. Even over a month later I'm still bothered by it. It doesn't even end there... They told me to wait outside in my car while they put him down and they will do it as soon as I go outside and they will call me once it's done. I waited over 20 minutes and still no call, I called them and the receptionist said \oh yeah it is done\ and then I had to beg to see my dog one last time. This was a horrible experience and I will never go here again I will travel back to aylmer to see my regular vet (it's almost a hour drive away). My mother in law had to put her old dog down also in April when COVID-19 was extreme and she was able to be with her dog, I should have gone to her vet.

Best Vet clinic anytime and anywhere. Been bringing our labs to their Dr's for many years and the level of compassion, professionalism and good old fashioned client service is the best you will find. Service is always in the language of your choice, in our case, English. Thank you to all the staff.
