I have sent in the my application for a trademark awhile ago. I have received a letter stating they have rejected my application. I would like to dispute the reason why my application has been rejected, but the letter got destroyed. I have called & ask them to send a replacement letter MANY times. They have agreed to send a replacement letter everytime, but still nothing has showed up in the mail (over 4 months ago). I have also applied for an extension for my dispute deadline because of their mistakes. They are very unorganized!
