I have used them countless times. They are always willing to try & work with my time restraints if I ask them to rush something for my printing needs. If they cant, they let me know up front too. Great & knowledgeable staff, I've bought my last 5 cameras there too. Miss their old location across the street when they had more space to display more stuff, but their quality of service hasnt changed.

Having my passport picture taken is stressful for me as I get older. I want it to be good, but it usually ends up looking like me. The other day i went to Gastown Photo, right next to the Passport office. Wow, not only did the picture turn out pretty good, but it also looked like me. The wonderful man put me completely at ease, and he even allowed me to keep my glasses on.
