Total customer service here. Came in looking for large pots. Found 1 but needed a matching second. They went out of their way and found a second in Vancouver. Got it for us super quick. When I explained I had recent surgery and couldn't lift something as heavy as these pots they offered to deliver for a very reasonable price. Phoned ahead on a Sunday and promptly delivered right into the backyard. Couldn't have had a better experience. This staff could certainly teach some businesses about customer service.

Great place! Picked up seven new indoor plants for my apartment. They have some sort of deal that if you buy the plant and a pot at the same time, they will repot it in the new pot for free! One of the employees stayed for 20 minutes after closing time to pot the plants I just bought today. Super friendly and knowledgeable too. Thanks so much :)
