Arrived here at the invitation of a family member to stay over for two nights. The place has great facilities - running water and power hookup and a full shower and bathroom for guests (no outhouse or hole in the ground). The place a noise ordinance that has it off at 11pm so you can sleep. And it's close to stores and the highway allowing you to access amenities and local sights. Overall, a great location.
Stayed in the "RV Park"ing lot. Nothing more than a lot stacked up so tight your picnic table is a foot away from the neighbors sewer hole. Garbage dumpster overflowing and stinky, sites not well maintained and electrical system was questionable. Only pro I could add was wifi was reasonable. Staff were neither friendly or helpful. No map provided so you are left to wander around aimlessly to find things. Would not stay here again.
We stayed here for three nights in the one bedroom cottage with our two kids. It was clean, well maintained and well stocked. Very nice, quiet, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it! The only downside was the double bed, which we found small. Laundry facilities on site are a nice plus too!
This was a unplanned stop for us. And what a pleasant surprise it was! The staff were accommodating and kind. The rooms was clean and comfortable. They use well water so the shower was extra refreshing. And the continental breakfast included home baked bread and muffins. We would stop there again.
