French is now owned by Shepherd Environmental, coming up from Coboconk. We had used French for many years, but we're quite satisfied with Shepherd now too. We were able to book an appointment within a week, and (other than not knowing what time of day they will arrive) they did an efficient job and offered suggestions for maintenance between 5-year pumping services. We will use Shepherd again.

Excellent! First time they came they advised we did not need to be pumped out. Wow! They could have just pumped and taken our money but they did not and no charge for the visit. We called them years later when it was due and they were outstanding. Very knowledgable.
After pumping my holding tank for several years, they would not come down my driveway after a rainstorm which I at first accepted but after investigating and finding the driveway was ok. They would not even return my call even after 10 days of no rain. I could not believe that they ignored my voice mail inquires. Extremely unprofessional and discourteous. Another company pumped me out without any trouble.
