I have been living here for a few years,have never encountered a problem and so far there has always been excellent service.However I have to mention I am very disappointed, if someone makes a complaint to the office,we do not check if this is justified,we only get a message from the office that fully believes the person's complaint, we are accused ,without there being any supporting evidence .There is a lack at this level.One should always verify the facts of both parties, because it is easy to make an error in judgment. Believe me,i myself have often been deceived by listening to and believing anything that i can be told about a person.This is how unfortunately you can lose good employee,good tenants. Now with age,i check before believing everything and passing judgment on someone.I often realize when i take the time to listen to the other version,that i was going to falsely accuse someone. It is a shame that this has to be mentioned as a bad experience.But there is always room for improvement. Always checking and communicating well with both parties is the key to maintaining a calm and peaceful place. Thanks S.L

I have lived in kellys park for more than 10 years and love it. its quiet and friendly.
They are only small dog Friendly. My dog is a med sized dog and my agent was told he is to big. He is 22 inches at the shoulder. He is also 8 years old. Call the park and verify before waste time looking a a home there! Mine was to big for both Hanwell and Kelly’s.
Beautiful park, friendly residents & landlords. Dog friendly, kid friendly! Family oriented. Very quick maintenance and repairs made when needed by staff. Great place to live!
Worst experiences since moving in. They have increased the lease rent at least 3 times since we moved in around 3 years ago. Along with the lot increase there has been a DECREASE in service. Our street is almost undrivable and is extremly unsafe. After dozens of complaints nothing is ever done to rectify the situation. The city has even complained after garbage trucks have gotten stuck. On top of that, there has been a dead tree on our neighbours property that their LAWYERS have called to complain about on their property. It has now had multiple large branches fall on my shed which could have injured someone including my 2 year old. The park itself is beautiful due to the care and pride that the residents take in their homes. If it weren't for our lovely neighbours we would have moved ages ago.
