We were broken down on a week long tour and they would not help us. We only needed a secondary spring. We were not difficult in what secondary spring they could provide us. any Yamaha secondary spring would have worked. They claimed they did not have one and would not pull one off of there machines in stock / crates. We even asked the owner if he could help at any cost and they would not help. Not a good start for new a new dealer on such a simple request.

Poor customer service, it was unfortunate this dealer is not willing to help a die hard Yamaha guy when he was completely able to help with what we needed. Worst dealer I have experienced so far. Usually any dealer is willing to help out with what they can.
Have been snowmobiling for 52 years and have logged 8,000 Kim seasons there have been a few break downs over the years, on latest trip had a Yamaha secondary spring go on one our sleds we contacted this dealer only 1.5 hours away for spring and the dealer had the spring in an inventory sled would not pull spring off sled to help us money was not the issue. Trail repairs are hard and options are typically limited this dealer really let us down , BERY SISAPOINTED
