It was an awesome experience, both of the reps (I regret for not remembering their names but one was male and other female) assisted me with utmost kindness and honest opinion helping me make my purchase decision. They were very cooperative and expressed patience all along, dealing with other customers as well. Would highly recommend for reasonable priced and quality products and amazing customer services.

I went to this store which is one of the sharpest looking stores in the Fossil chain not intending to buy anything, but my wife wanted to buy a pair of Sunglasses. Most retail environments have changed this past year but Sarosha and Jessica were quite different. We felt welcome in the store! I didn't need another Fossil watch as I like the one I had but I spotted the new text message watch - that was pretty cool! Gonna put that on the wish list for sure. I wondered over to where my wife was looking at the sunglasses and spotted the Passport wallet. I had always wanted one of these. It was priced right and Jessica told me that she could personally emboss it for me - that was the glincher. I was only in town for a couple of days was hoping it could be done by then, she said that she could do it right away!. Most places have standard colours and letter styles, but there were a number of styles and colours to choose from. Very happy with my wallet. Oh, btw - my wife bought two pairs of sunglasses from Sarosha - Great Experience!

This store and brand is very dishonest- I have a faulty watch I bought from them in October 2020 and brought this to their attention within 7 days and asked for a refund. They said they would as it fell under their return period. However it’s now been over 6mths and every 2 weeks I check with them on the refund and they tell me they are having issues with their system but they would be happy to give me a 75 gift voucher for my inconvenience. I have not accepted the gift voucher and at the end of April I will be reporting this to the authorities as I have been far more than patient and it’s obvious now that they are in financial trouble and can’t afford to refund 200 for a faulty watch.
