After on hold for an hour I finally went in and demanded the clinic see my son, socialized healthcare is a joke. It would be cheaper to just fly doctors in from vancouver, than put up with what we have here. Thanks for nothing.

Front desk staff are impatient and rude. If you do not like your job - QUIT. But you are in the medical field so you need to have manners with patients.

0 stars if possible, would try and fix myself before I used this clinic.

The worst experience ever: I arrived at the clinic at 7:30 AM, picked up my namber, went home and came back at 8:30 AM. I was taken to a room and waited for about 45 minutes. I went out of the room and asked if there is a chance that I could be seen by a Dr. I was yelled at and directed to get back into the room and seat there. Out of frustration, I asked to speak with a manager. Speaking to a manager (Laura-refused to give last name) did not help either. She mentioned that the Dr. (Dr. Abbas) who is supposed to see me is at the Hospital and she is running late. I mentioned that I was second in line, people who came after me have been seen and left and demanded to be seen by the Dr. available at the clinic instead of having me wait for a Dr. who is not onsite. I was told that that is not how their "system" works, refused to have me seen by a Dr. and to my surprise ordered me to leave the clinic claiming that the Dr. refused to see me. So I was shown the door and forced out of the clinic! I have accessed the Canadian Health care system for a long time and have never experienced a service that hit rock bottom like this one. I myself am a public servant and was quite surprised by the "Northern way of Caring" that is being displayed at the clinic. I hope responsible authorities will overhaul the rotten structure of this clinic so that all patients will be able to receive the urgent care that they need. After reviewing residents online feedback, I can definitely say that their service rating is what they deserve and is the worst I have ever seen.

Got no respect after waiting 45 minutes. Just wanted to talk to a nurse about some issues. Got told "no" within 30 seconds, then she proceeded to ask me what for, with all her co workers within ear shot. Personally feel like there is no confidentiality. (This was only at the front desk, never did end up seeing a nurse, drove to dawson creek and got treated like an actual human, I will never go back)

I'd rate this 0 but it doesn't allow you to. There are multiple reasons that this place sucks, as does Northern Health and the general health "system" that we have here. It is incredibly difficult to reach these guys by phone and when you do get through they are rude and short. It doesn't matter how urgent your medical issue is; you get booked in more than a month later (even if you need time sensitive testing). If you're dying or near dying, you go to the emergency room and wait for hours. I'll just leave it at that.

The clinic opens for walk in at 9, but they open the first set of doors at 8. At 7:45, I, along with 15 other people (the sick, elderly, and a mother with an infant) found ourselves waiting outside in sub zero temperatures so that we could have a reasonable chance at getting to see a doctor that day. This is the only clinic in town that is accepting patients. Booked appointments are often filled a full month in advance, and they won't book any further ahead. I'm sure the clinic itself is doing what it can, but this is a healthcare crisis

Literally a disgrace to the field of medicine and cant believe I pay taxes for this kind of a mess.
