I have had cortisone injections here for adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) that hurt like the dickens but sure worked. I had another cortisone shot in the other shoulder to prevent adhesive capsulitis. I bring my elderlymother here for her cortisone injections and post breast cancer care. There is never a long wait for an appointment, there are never line ups at reception, the booking person is exceptionally polite, patient and good at her job, the desk is as well. There is never a long wait for treatment. The doctor that does the cortisone is wonderful and caring. My mother is happy with the technicians. At this medical imaging clinic you don't feel like cattle like you do at some of the others and I like that when you book your appointment you book it with the actual clinic, not a central booking location. And lastly, you can always get through to the actual clinic on the phone rather than when you go through a central booking like MIC. So all in all they get my 5 stars and they would get my mother's too.

Super unprofessional establishment. Doctors have very POOR bedside manners and are SUPER unexperianced. The way they talk to people is discusting. Make you wait over 40 mins for an appointment and don't give you more than 5 min of there time. These doctor's have no issues billing you for more though. Still waiting over an hour for my appointment. Are they over booking or can't seem to follow a proper agenda ? When you come in with complains they don't take you seriously and dont do PROPPER, THOUROUGH assesments on there patients. Don't waste your time as they have consumed enough of mine. Wish there was an option for no starts because they don't deserve any. Tell your friends and family!! They should be and will be reported to the CPSA!!!! College of Physicians, Surgeons of Alberta.

Went in for cortisone shot in elbow for torn tendon and Dr. Found a small spur on other side of joint, turns out that spur was causing 90% of my pain. Instant pain relief and 2 weeks after I had full function, sadly both are inoperable so will have to keep getting shots. I only go here instead of Sherwood as They never found that spur in 8 visits and it was there on reviews of old scans.

I didn't have any problems here. They were relatively quick, and the front staff were friendly. No complaints.
