This MIC is amazing! I had my second ultrasound today and the staff are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond and are so friendly and professional! The clinic is also very clean! I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who did our ultrasound today but thank you for making our experience so special and putting smiles on our faces! Highly recommend and will always book my ultrasounds/any other appointments here!

The ultrasound techs here are amazing! They are so kind and personable! They are so warm, welcoming and comforting they have helped relieve my anxiety through this pregnancy, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here from now on, they do book up fast and a few weeks down the road but that it’s self is saying they are the place to go!

My wife and I were at MIC SouthPointe for our second Ultrasound. This was our first ever visit to MIC, and I must say I was really impressed. The lady at the reception was so nice and sweet (I forgot her name), she was very professional and quickly processed our document. The lab was very clean, hygienic and well organized. We waited in our car before entering the lab when we got a message on our cell. The lab tech, apparently her name is Daniella who did the scan for my wife was so friendly, she was very clear and communicative and the procedure was done efficiently. My wife felt confident and comfortable having the test done at this location. I would highly recommend MIC to anyone who is willing to have their Ultrasound done anytime soon or later. We choose to go to Ft Saskatchewan for our ultrasounds because we have had so many great experiences there. We recently had a prenatal ultrasound done there and the tech was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience absolutely amazing for myself and my husband. I have had many many ultrasounds, and have never been as impressed as I have been at Fort Saskatchewan MIC!
